Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga has an exciting opportunity for a Permanent, Full-Time ICT Support Officer in the Information and Communication Technology Department.

<p><b>ICT Support Officer</b></p><p>Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW) assists 29 Catholic Primary and Secondary schools located throughout Regional NSW, to maximise student learning, growth and development. </p><p>CEDWW staff are responsible for providing on-going operational guidance and administrative assistance across the areas of Learning and Teaching, Student Wellbeing and Diverse Learning, Evangelisation and Religious Education, School and System Improvement, Finance and Resources, Information and Communication Technologies and People and Culture services.</p><p>To find out more about the Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga, click <a href="https://ww.catholic.edu.au/" rel="nofollow">here</a>. </p><p><b>What we can offer</b></p><ul><li>Full-Time Permanent Position</li><li>35-hour work week</li><li>Discounted Bupa Health insurance </li><li>Annual Leave loading of 17.5% </li><li>Salary Packaging through Maxxia</li><li>Salary: Grade 4 $64, 085.10 - $78, 347.08 base excluding superannuation (dependent upon experience and qualifications)</li><li>Commencing as soon as possible or by mutual agreement</li></ul><p><b>Primary Purpose of the Position</b></p><p>The Information Technology team oversee the delivery and maintenance of technology infrastructure, systems and computer equipment used in the 31 schools across Catholic Education, Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW).</p><p>The ICT Support Officer provides technical knowledge and experience to the ICT team to help resolve problems at the Tier 1 support stage. The ICT Support Officer will utilise their knowledge and resources to troubleshoot customer and system issues.</p><p>As a service role, the ICT Support Officer will be in regular contact with staff in schools, the Catholic Education office and the Diocese; as well as external parties such as vendors and service partners.
