<p><b>Human Resources Manager</b></p><p>Aquinas College wishes to appoint a dynamic, suitably experienced Human Resources Manager. This is an ongoing, full time position. The successful applicant will manage the HR team and support the Assistant Principal – Staff with: </p><ol><li>Recruitment </li><li>Appointments </li><li>Staff Induction </li><li>Questions about employment conditions and entitlements </li><li>Contract variations </li><li>Maintaining complete and accurate HR records </li><li>Updating Position Descriptions and HR Policies </li><li>Leave cover </li><li>Compliance monitoring </li><li>Staff celebrations, farewells, milestones and recognition </li><li>Staff exits </li><li>Day to Day administrative support </li></ol><p>Aquinas College is a dynamic and diverse community of over 200 educators, administrative, finance and property staff who work together to support the mission of the College.
