<p>Requirements of the role</p><ul><li>Victorian Institute of Teaching registration.</li><li>Understanding of and commitment to the AITSL standards and Victorian Teaching Profession’s Code of Conduct.</li><li>Accreditation to Teach Religious Education in a Catholic school, or a commitment to obtain accreditation.</li></ul><p>Selection Criteria</p><ul><li>A demonstrated commitment to Catholic Education and Catholic Identity.</li><li>Be highly motivated and passionate about evidence based learning &amp; teaching.</li><li>A proven ability to work and plan collaboratively in a Professional Leaning Team and contribute to a positive team environment.</li><li>A capacity in designing learning programs to meet the needs of diverse learners.</li><li>An ability to foster relationships between staff, students and parents.</li><li>A demonstrated commitment to improving professional learning and growth.</li><li>An ability to use and analyse student performance data to inform teaching for improvement.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Application Process</p><ul><li>Application letter, Curriculum Vitae including 3 verbal referees.</li><li>Response to the Selection Criteria (no more than 150 words on each).</li><li>Completed Pre-Employment Disclosure Questionnaire (see school website for details).</li></ul>
