The ICT Coordinator Aboriginal Catholic Community Schools (ACCS) provides technical and management support to schools ensuring Information Services are maintained and schools have the most efficient and functional IT system possible. The ICT Coordinator also supports system ICT activities.

<p><strong>FULL-TIME | SALARY RANGE– $ 74,255 - $84,631 P.A. PLUS SUPER | ONGOING</strong></p><p><strong>The Company</strong></p><p>Catholic Education in the Northern Territory are a network of schools built on Christian values and on the history and traditions of this land across Australia&#39;s top end. Catholic Education has a network of schools in both urban centres and remote communities. We have 18 Catholic schools in the region - five colleges, seven primary schools, one flexible learning centre and five remote schools.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>The ICT Coordinator Aboriginal Catholic Community Schools (ACCS) provides technical and management support to schools ensuring Information Services are maintained and schools have the most efficient and functional IT system possible. The ICT Coordinator also supports system ICT activities.</p><p><strong>Your key responsibilities will include the following:</strong></p><p><strong>● </strong>Management, support and maintenance of Local Area Networks and upgrades.</p><p>● Management, support and maintenance of all client devices.</p><p>● Ensure ICT facilities are available and effective for use in the classroom.</p><p>● Maintain, Expand and Promote CENT’s deployment of “IT Service Now” IT Service Management platform.</p><p>● Provide all levels of IT support as and when required whilst on site.</p><p>● Liaise with external providers such as NTSCHOOLS, to coordinate and deliver ICT services.</p><p><strong>Your Background</strong></p><p>The successful candidate with have the following skills and attributes:</p><p>● Formal tertiary qualifications in IT or applicable industry experience.</p><p>● A demonstrated knowledge in use and troubleshooting of relevant computer systems and software. (Windows 10/11 Desktop, Ipad/IOS)</p><p>● A demonstrated knowledge in the maintenance and troubleshooting of Wireless and Local Area Networks.</p><p>● Willingness and ability to support and train end users in use of technology.</p><p>● Capacity to provide level 2 help desk support and liaise with external helpdesks.</p><p><strong>Essential</strong></p><p>● Available to work in remote Aboriginal communities, a minimum of 40 weeks per year. (Typically 1 week remote, 1 week in Berrimah office.)</p><p>This position involves working with children.
