<p><b>FULL-TIME | SALARY RANGE– $ 55,000 – $ 60,000 P.A. PLUS SUPER | PERMANENT | COMMENCING 5 JUNE 2024</b></p><p><b>The Company: </b></p><p>Catholic Education in the Northern Territory is a network of schools built on Christian values and the history and traditions of this land across Australia&#39;s top end. Catholic Education has a network of 18 Catholic schools in the Northern Territory - five colleges, seven primary schools, one flexible learning centre and five remote schools. </p><p><b>The Role: </b></p><p>Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Receptionist/Administration Officer provides front-of-house support and administrative assistance to The Catholic Education Office and school staff. </p><p><b>Your key responsibilities will include the following: </b></p><p>● Receptionist duties such as answering phone calls, maintaining the reception area at all times by greeting and welcoming visitors through maintaining office security and following safety procedures to control access via the reception desk. </p><p>● Carry out a range of administrative duties that include the daily mail collection, maintaining registers, printers, admin emails, office equipment, stationary and office consumables including kitchen. </p><p>● Maintaining office credit card purchases and processing monthly reconciliations. </p><p>● Contribute to WHS work practices by actively participating in meetings and fire Warden duties, ensuring that any hazardous conditions are reported to the WHS Manager and comply with the Catholic Education Safety management system. </p><p>● Assist the Senior Contracts Officer with administrative tasks. </p><p>● Assist the Travel and Relocation Officer in travel reconciliations and administrative support. </p><p>● Assist the Human Resources Manager in other HR-related duties, as required. </p><p><b>Your Background: </b></p><p><b>The successful candidate will meet the following criteria: </b></p><p>● Certificate in office skills and technology, including word-processing, spreadsheets and Google Workspace, or demonstrated experience. </p><p>● Demonstrated high level of written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in an environment that includes workers of varying ethnic and cultural backgrounds. </p><p>Desirable Criteria </p><p>● Current Working with Children Card. </p><p>● Drivers License. </p><p>This position involves working with children.
