<h4>Head of Secondary (7-12) - Commencing January, 2019  </h4><p><br /></p><p> </p><p><b>An educational transformation is taking place at Living Waters Lutheran College around teaching and learning. </b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b> We are looking for an innovative Christian educational leader to drive this transformation in the Secondary Years (7-12) as the College implements contemporary and innovative teaching and learning practices, consistent with its recently adopted learning principles. </b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p> There is an exciting challenge ahead for an enthusiastic and experienced Christian educational leader as they take on this new role.   </p><p> </p><p>You will play a key role in setting the strategic directions of the College, driving change and promoting excellence from Year 7 through to Year 12, especially in the areas of teaching and learning and pastoral care. </p><p> </p><p>As an innovating leader you will oversee the day to day organisation of the Secondary School, managing staff and promoting the development of strong and positive relationships. You will be vitally concerned about the welfare of students, staff and families. You will implement and promote quality educational programs, keeping abreast of best practice and innovations in teaching and learning in a competitive marketplace. As Head of Secondary you will also provide spiritual leadership and support within the College community. </p><p> </p><p>The Head of Secondary is an important member of the College Executive Team along with the following executive staff: The Principal, Deputy Principal, Business Manager and Head of Primary.
