<p>St. Narsai Assyrian Christian College is a Christian Independent School, located in south west Sydney area. The school has brand new and state of the arts facilities and caters for around 670 students from years 7 to 12. Students, parents and staff share a sense of faith, community, respect and service. Students are supported to achieve excellent academic outcomes. </p><p>Our College seeks to appoint an experienced and qualified EAL/D Teachers&#39; Aide for an immediate start for the right person. This position is temporary full time ending term 4 2018, with possible extension beyond 2018. </p><p><b>Position Requirements</b> </p><ul><li>Applicants must hold a Certificate III in Education Support </li><li>Support the Christian values of the school in teaching by being a role model to students </li><li>Ability to understand the special needs of new arrivals and EAL/D Students </li><li>Ability to liaise with classroom teachers on the delivery of curriculum for Learning Support students. </li><li>High level of communication and interpersonal skills when relating to students, parents and other teachers and ability to work in a team environment</li></ul><p><b>Essential</b></p><ul><li> Working with Children Check</li></ul><p> Interested applicants, as part of their written application, must include the following, and should be forwarded to Janet Jammo (HR Manager)</p><p> 1.
