<p><b>Applications are invited from suitably qualified teachers for a permanent classroom  </b>                                              <b>teacher commencing in 2019. </b></p><p> </p><p>A dynamic and innovative teacher is required who has: </p><p> </p><p>* a knowledge and commitment to the mission of the Catholic school. </p><p>• qualifications and accreditation to teach Religious Education. </p><p>* a minimum of three years full time teaching experience.</p><p>* a good understanding of EAL/D pedagogy and demonstrated practice.</p><p>* the ability to effectively collect, analyse and use data to identify and address student needs.</p><p>* a commitment to work in a flexible setting (school is in the process of building works due for completion October 2019) and work closely with a grade partner and support staff. </p><p>* positive, realistic and creative strategies for student behaviour management</p><p>* a passion for education and a desire to learn, possibly within the Literacy and Numeracy Success Phase 2 cohort. </p><p>* a commitment to excellence as a classroom teacher with high expectations for students</p><p>* capacity to create a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages and stimulates learning </p><p>• highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and the demonstrated ability to engage positively with students, parents/carers and staff </p><p>• Child protection screening compliance (WWCC number) </p><p>• Registered to teach with NESA and aware of accreditation procedures </p><p> </p><p> </p><p><br /></p>
