<ul><li>Contract position commencing 21 January 2019. <br /></li><li>Lutheran School Officer Grade 4. </li><li>20 hours per week - Preferred hours for the role are 9.00am to 1.00pm, Monday to Friday. These hours will be negotiated with the successful candidate to meet obligations with family or other positions currently held. The role requires being available to students a minimum of 3 days per week. </li><li>40 weeks per year - Term weeks, 1 week of professional learning week in July, 1 week spread between January and December staff weeks. </li></ul><p>The Careers Counsellor will collaborate with the Pathways team to provide support to students and their families in Careers Planning and transition to work. </p><p>The successful applicant will be passionate about providing our students inspiration, insight, encouragement and confidence to help them make life choices and build a successful career. They will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Vocational Education and Training and Tertiary structures, and entry requirements. </p><p>It is anticipated that for a suitably skilled candidate this role will be ongoing.
