<p>Open Arms Community Child Care Centre is located in Birdwood in the Adelaide Hills. We are seeking a Cook, to work 2.5 hours per day (10am til 12:30pm), 5 days per week, with additional hours to be worked once a fortnight (negotiated) to complete other tasks such as food ordering, administrative tasks and grocery delivery. <br /></p><p><br />We are seeking someone who enjoys cooking, works in a conscientious manner, is prepared to see themselves as part of a team but can work independently and manage their time effectively. The ability to pay attention to detail and show initiative is also important.  They must also be prepared to do some basic cleaning jobs to contribute outside of their kitchen role and have basic computing skills. While the need to have a food handling certificate and DSCI clearance are necessary to start the job, the start date of January 7th 2019 may be negotiated to allow this to be gained for the right applicant.
