Ongoing part-time position, approximately 10-12 hours per week for 43 weeks per year (0.3 FTE), plus additional hours during peak times. Hours of work may vary from time to time in order to accommodate customer requirements. A fantastic ongoing opportunity to join our team at Endeavour College, engaging with and supporting students and their families in our Uniform Shop.

<p>Responsible for coordinating the smooth running of the Uniform Shop, ensuring the provision of quality customer service to parents and students in obtaining correct uniform items in a timely manner. </p><ul><li>Coordinate uniform fittings for students in line with Uniform Shop opening times and parent availability</li><li>Promote and coordinate back to school uniform sales prior to the beginning of the school year</li><li>Coordinate the effective stocktake and control of new and second hand uniform items</li><li>Coordinate accurate and effective ordering, purchase, delivery, unpacking, reconciliation, storing, distribution, and stocktake of all uniform items</li><li>Provide backup administrative support as required to ensure the smooth running of the College</li></ul><p><b>All applications should be submitted through the employment page on Endeavour College&#39;s website (www.endeavour.sa.edu.au/jobs) using the online application form, addressed to Ms Heather Vogt, Principal and include:</b></p><ul><li>Cover letter, clearly stating the position you are applying for </li><li>Resume</li><li>3 referees (preferably 2 professional incl current employer &amp; 1 pastoral)</li></ul><p><b>Applications close 9am Monday 10 December 2018</b></p><p><b>A full position description is also available on the College website.</b></p><p>Endeavour College values staff who enthusiastically engage in their work as a Christian vocation that is based on caring relationships with students and staff.
