Fixed term opportunity for 2019, 1.0 FTE The successful applicant will have secondary experience teaching English, and ideally Business Studies. Enthusiasm and flexibility with the ability to work effectively within a highly collaborative team environment are essential.

<p>Responsible for the planning, organising, implementation, and delivery of an appropriate instructional program in a secondary learning environment that guides and ecourages students to develop and fulfil their academic potential. All work is to be performed in accordance with Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership (AITSL) professional standards, and will include: </p><ul><li>Plan and develop curricula that reflect the College&#39;s Vision for Learning. </li><li>Apply classroom management strategies that reflect the Endeavour Way </li><li>Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials &amp; equipment </li><li>Use relevant technology to support and differentiate instruction </li><li>Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students </li><li>Provide appropriate feedback on student work in a timely manner </li><li>Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities </li><li>Maintain accurate complete records of students&#39; progress &amp; development </li><li>Attend and participate in extracurricular activities </li></ul><p><b>All applications should be submitted through the employment page on Endeavour College&#39;s website ( using the online application form, addressed to Ms Heather Vogt, Principal and include:</b></p><ul><li>Cover letter, clearly stating the position you are applying for </li><li>Resume </li><li>Current teaching registration number </li><li>3 referees (preferably 2 professional incl current employer &amp; 1 pastoral)</li></ul><p><b>Applications close 9am Wednesday 12 December 2018</b></p><p>Endeavour College values staff who enthusiastically engage in their work as a Christian vocation that is based on caring relationships with students and staff.
