Driver’s licence, accompanied by a good driving record </p><p>2. Current first aid certificate </p><p>3. Chemical safety qualifications </p><p>4. White/green card </p><p>5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills </p><p>6. Ability to negotiate desired outcomes </p><p>7. Time and work management skills that ensure workload is managed and deadlines met according to agreed priorities </p><p>8. Self-directed application of appropriate techniques and equipment </p><p>9. Ability to work at heights, or in confined spaces and perform sustained physically demanding work </p><p>10. Ability to understand the operation of machinery and equipment relative to building maintenance eg: pumps, air conditioning etc., </p><p>11.
