<p> </p> <div> <p>Applications are invited from enthusiastic and qualified educators to apply for the above position commencing in 2019. </p> <p> </p> <p>The successful applicant will:</p> <p> </p> <p>Be a dynamic and experienced educator (experience in Diverse Learning not essential, but would be well regarded)</p> <p> </p> <p>Have experience with the PP tool and writing IAPs for students with additional needs would be beneficial.</p> <p> </p> <p>Demonstrate a knowledge of learning practices that enhance student achievement and performance in learning across KLAs.</p> <p> </p> <p>Contribute to the effectiveness and quality of Diverse Learning Team.</p> <p> </p> <p>Demonstrate experience teaching students who have special educational needs in the areas of behavioural/ mental health diagnosis or disadvantaged lives.</p> <p> </p> <p>Be able to collaborate with colleagues to build genuine and professional relationships and to promote shared commitment and a sense of achievement.</p> <p> </p> <p>Be capable of empowering students to be independent and creative learners.</p> <p> </p> <p>Successfully integrate technology into everyday learning and planning.</p> <p> </p> <p>Work effectively and cohesively as a team.</p> <p> </p> <p>Have the capacity to effectively communicate with parents, students and staff.</p> <p> </p> <p>Demonstrate the ability to support the modification of education programs and assessment to suit individual students learning needs.</p> <p> </p> <p>Show experience of ongoing assessment of students against syllabus outcomes and reporting against individual student growth.</p> <p> </p> <p>Be committed to ongoing personal and professional learning, formation and growth.</p> <p> </p> <p>Teachers should be committed to the Catholic ethos of the College, to authentic, effective, innovative teaching and learning strategies, and committed to the wellbeing of all members of the community.</p> <p> </p> <p>Have a knowledge of and commitment to the Mission of the Catholic School</p> <p> </p> <p>Child Protection legislation requires the applicant has a current Working With Children Clearance.</p> <p> </p> <p>Written applications, including Curriculum Vitae and the names of 3 referees should be sent to the address below by 9.00am Monday, 17th December 2018.</p> </div>
