The Aboriginal School and Community Worker [ASCW] will engage with opportunities which support Aboriginal students, their families and community. To assist them in this work, school communities will develop their cultural responsivity and ensure that cultural alignment within the context of Catholic Education exists. Communication with Aboriginal families and forming partnerships with local Aboriginal organisations and Elders is essential.
