Contract Type: Contract Position Part Time (0.10 FTE)

Primary Purpose To support the Principal in ensuring that the School’s, buildings, grounds, plant and equipment are well maintained, well presented, physically secure, compliant with all appropriate regulations and provide a safe environment for the School community.
<p> </p> <p>Commencing as soon as possible until 27 January 2020</p> <p> <strong>Selection Criteria:</strong></p> <ul><li>Relevant trade qualification and experience</li><li>Knowledge and experience in OHS practices and procedures</li><li>Comprehensive experience with power tools</li><li>Current Driver’s License essential</li><li>Strong teamwork skills</li><li>High level of organisational, communication and time management skills</li></ul><p><b>Conditions</b></p><ul><li>The successful applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment functional assessment</li><li>Hours of work – 5 hours per week – Monday to Friday - before or after school</li><li>Completion of weekly timesheet &amp; Maintenance Book</li></ul> <p> The role description is attached.<br /></p> <p> Please submit a resume and cover letter addressing the selection criteria.  Please contact Brian Conroy on 02 69544178 for further information.</p>
