<p>Faith Lutheran College is a Christian Co-educational Secondary College with approximately 700 students enrolled from Years 7 to 12. The College is situated on 34 hectares of picturesque land located within the Lockyer Valley. </p><p> Applications are invited for the following Senior Leadership contract: </p><p><b>Director of Teaching and Learning </b></p><p>(Initial 5-year contract from 1 January 2020) </p><p>Commencement date 12 January 2020 </p><p> The applicant must be a passionate educationalist who has a desire to help young people reach their potential, especially through curriculum and program development, which enables the holistic development of the individual. The incumbent will be required to maintain confidentialities, have a good rapport with adolescents, and participate fully as a member of the Faith Lutheran College staff team. The applicant must possess excellent leadership skills and outstanding curriculum knowledge.  </p><p>Applicants must actively support the College&#39;s Lutheran ethos and be prepared to become a member of a dynamic, enthusiastic, highly motivated, and committed staff team with strong Christian values.
