<p>You will be a Classroom Teacher in our Junior School, establishing and maintaining a positive, focused classroom where student learning, innovation and involvement is actively encouraged. <br /></p><p></p><div><b>You will</b> </div><div><br /></div><div>• exhibit a willingness to evaluate the effectiveness of learning experiences <br /></div><div>• participate and work in a supportive manner with all staff and act under the direction of the Principal and Head of      Junior School </div><div>• be responsible for the implementation of school policy and procedures in all programs </div><div>• prepare thoroughly for day-to-day teaching and learning, including the documentation of daily plans and long term overviews </div><div>• keep up-to-date assessment and monitoring records </div><div>• be aware of the importance of student-centred learning. </div><div><br /></div><div>Victorian Institute of Teachers registration (or the ability to get registration) is essential for this position. </div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><p></p>
