<p>• Position commences start of Term 3 <br /></p><p>• Be involved with reward trips and hands on activities </p><p>• Finally a chance to really make a difference in the lives of our youth </p><p><br /></p><p>We are looking for a suitably qualified primary teacher with demonstrated experience join our team from the start of Term 3 with the willingness and ability to deliver learning programs and support our students in Gr 7 - 10. This is a full-time position with a competitive remuneration package that will will be considered. </p><p>This position will require the teacher to work closely alongside students in a large classroom space with up to 10 students.</p><p><br /></p><p> </p><p><b>Position Details: </b></p><p>The successful applicant will be able to provide evidence to demonstrate they are:</p><p>• qualified to work in Australia and are registered, or provisionally registered, to teach in Queensland; </p><p>• able to utilise - or able to rapidly acquire - the technological and pedagogical skill set needed to prepare and deliver engaging, interactive lessons on a regular basis; </p><p>• willing and able to mark, assess, moderate and report on student work utilising existing guides, processes and formats, policies and procedures; </p><p>• willing and able to deliver course materials in keeping with the school’s Values and Philosophy statement and in keeping with a Christian worldview; and </p><p>• be fluent in English with good written and oral communication skills. </p><p><br /></p><p>A Statement of Faith and supporting verbal reference from a pastor or minister will be requested as part of the application process.
