Due to retirement, our College is seeking to appoint a new Director of Senior Years to commence in January 2020. A valued member of the Management team, this new community member will be responsible for ensuring high quality care and learning including academic, social, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects, are provided for all students at Endeavour College, particularly for senior years students (Years 10-12). The position also works collaboratively to ensure the foundation values of the College, LOVE, COURAGE, FORGIVENESS, and HOPE are ingrained into the DNA of our community.

<p>We envision an experienced leader with a proven record in education, committed to excellence in Christian co-education, and a practicing Christian with a good understanding of the principles of Lutheran education will be joining our team. </p><p> With a new Senior Space currently under construction, and a review of the Senior Years philosophy underway, we are taking a collaborative approach to determine what educational changes will best equip our students in terms of learning environment, curriculum offerings and well-being programs in order to prepare them for their future beyond compulsory education.  </p><p> In addition to playing a significant role in leadership, and providing a high level of pastoral and curriculum support to the Senior Years staff and students, the successful candidate will be adept at driving and implementing change, and working collaboratively across internal and external groups.
