Good Shepherd College is seeking a creative Learning Support/Enrichment teacher for its senior campus, who has the capacity to be flexible, relational and innovative. This role contains an additional level of release time to manage documentation, teacher aides and parental meetings, with additional support from other leadership roles.
<p>The Learning Support / Enrichment Teacher role will need to be able to:</p><p>-  have a strong passion to support Year 7-10 students in literacy and numeracy, with the ability to create innovative and engaging programs</p><p>- work collaboratively with a team of educators, including the Director of Learning, Junior Campus Learning Support Teacher, Teacher Aides and senior campus staff</p><p>- manage the NCCD requirements of the senior campus, including documentation, teacher aide programs and parent contacts</p><p>The College will support this role with additional periods of release, a financial resource allocation and administrative assistance.</p>
