<p>Our OSHC facilities are nestled within our main learning environment. OSHC staff are valued and respected as critical contributors to the overall wellbeing of students and families. From Term 4 2019, Good Shepherd will recommence an in-house service (previously outsourced). Our vision is to provide a seamless extension to the school day where School values and expectations provide a safe and challenging, yet predictable environment for our students before and after the school day and during the holiday program.</p><p>In a rapidly changing educational landscape, Good Shepherd Lutheran School has built a reputation for bravely innovating in the pursuit of highest quality, future-focused pedagogy and learning.  Strong relationships and collegiality, positive mindsets and a &#39;Culture of Thinking&#39;&#39;, has reshaped the learning environment for our students and indeed, all stakeholders. Our values, LOVE OPTIMISM and CREATIVITY underpin all decision making and continue to shape our culture. </p><p>Good Shepherd recently opened South Australia&#39;s first primary school Science and Discovery Centre and the students&#39; aquaponics venture highlights the value of project based learning in empowering young learners to make a difference.  Wonderful opportunity exists for OSHC connections and links into these initiatives.  </p><p>The refurbishment of all learning spaces is complete and the school&#39;s physical resources now support its progressive, inquiry based pedagogy.</p><p><br /></p><p> </p>
