This role exists to support the Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga’s (CEDWW) schools with the implementation of TechnologyOne’s Ci Anywhere, a new Finance Management System (FMS). The FMS Support and Training Officer will work with other project team members in preparing and supporting schools in the transition to the new Finance Management System. Working with the CEDWW Systems Accountant this role will provide specialist technical support and deliver training in schools. The role is critical and necessary for the successful implementation of the FMS in schools.

<h4>Contract Type:  2 year contract</h4><p><br /></p><p>The FMS Support and Training Officer will also work with: <br /></p><ul><li>CEDWW’s SIS Education Specialist in the delivery of training and support to schools regarding financial functions within the Student Information System.</li><li>Internal functional teams to assist with the transformation of information systems, processes and procedures that support the new FMS, assisting with managing the impact of change to schools.</li><li>Internal functional teams to assist with business as usual financial processing and support.</li><li>CEDWW Once Project Team, school staff and other project working parties.<br /></li></ul><p><b> POSITION SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS </b></p><p>(a) Essential Requirements </p><p>1. Experience in using or supporting financial information systems. </p><p>2. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance and closely related business discipline. </p><p>3. Ability to travel overnight for extensive periods of time </p><p>4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </p><p>5. Advanced knowledge of the Google Productivity Suite or Microsoft Office. </p><p>6. Highly defined analytical, problem solving ability. </p><p>7. Demonstrated experience of training and/or supporting system change. </p><p>8. Proven experience in change management, mentoring and coaching colleagues. </p><p>9.
