Two positions - One Continuing position – 0.6FTE One Fixed Term position – 0.6FTE (The incumbent will be on Maternity Leave) The Inclusive Learning teacher is a member of the Inclusive Learning Team which supports staff and students by collaboratively planning and implementing agreed strategies and activities to encourage growth and high levels of excellence in all students.
<p>The Inclusive Learning Teacher will assist in building capacity by mentoring teachers and developing innovative teaching programs to address identified learning needs of students. Approaches to supporting effective learning will align with the College Vision for Learning and will deliver in-class differentiation and modified programs as required. Collaboratively reviewing units of work and tasks, both formative and summative, with classroom teachers to encourage student inquiry, innovation, agency and connection will be an important part of the role. </p>
