<p>The primary objective of the position of the Director - School Leadership Support is to provide support for the Executive Director of Lutheran Education Queensland in meeting their duties and responsibilities, and to provide support and care to the leadership of the schools of the District. </p><p> </p><p>The Director - School Leadership Support is responsible to the Executive Director for the following broad functional areas within Lutheran Education Queensland (LEQ): </p><p>• Legislative advice and support for schools. </p><p>• School Accreditation through the NSSAB. </p><p>• Middle and senior leadership network support. </p><p>• Principal helpdesk support. </p><p>• LEQ professional learning and event management. </p><p>• Complaints handling. </p><p> </p><p>The Director - School Leadership Support is expected to act within the delegated authorities of the role, exercise independent judgment in a confidential manner, and exhibit strong communication skills, discernment, sensitivity and discretion in all business interactions. </p><p><br /></p>
