<p>We are seeking to employ an experienced, dynamic and innovative Administration Assistant. The applicant will be a strong team player supporting our values and mission, providing high level professional and personal support to members of the College Executive and teaching staff.</p><p></p><div>Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:</div><p><br /></p><ul><li>Managing communications and calendar events for the school community, including College Newsletter</li><li>Coordinating College Awards evenings</li><li>Written and verbal communication with external stakeholders</li><li>Managing and maintaining the College social media presence</li><li>Providing high level administrative skills to the Executive team and teaching staff</li></ul><p>Experience and qualifications<br /></p><ul><li>Post-secondary administration or other relevant qualification equivalent to Certificate III or IV, or a Diploma in Administration, Business Services or equivalent</li><li>Demonstrated advanced level of computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and the Google Platform</li><li>Advanced written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Demonstrated personal initiative and time management skills </li><li>Ability to multi-task and set priorities and responsibilities with high attention to detail</li><li>Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the capability to work autonomously and unsupervised as well as be a member of a busy and fast-paced school office</li><li>Ability to adapt to changing school requirements and needs</li><li>Ability to identify necessary resources and requirements for successful outcomes</li><li>Strong demonstrated experience with high level administration</li><li>Must hold a valid Working With Children Clearance</li></ul><div>Desirable Experience</div><div><br /></div><ul><li>Experience with Lucidpress and WordPress</li><li>Experience in a school setting</li><li>A current Sydney Catholic Schools employment ID number</li></ul><p>The successful applicant should be committed to the ethos of a Catholic school and possess the ability to respond to sensitive issues with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times</p><div>A three (3) month probation period will apply.<br /></div><div><br /></div><div>Applications with curriculum vitae with two (2) referees should be submitted to <a href="mailto:principal&#64;" rel="nofollow">principal&#64;</a> one of which should be your current employer.</div><div><br /></div><div>Previous applicants need not apply.</div><div><br /></div><div>Please note that only those applicants who have been successful in the short-listing process will receive a reply.</div><p></p>
