<p>A permanent full-time position commencing on 28 January 2020. The successful applicant will be an experienced and collaborative Music teacher. </p><p>Selection Criteria</p><p>The preferred applicant demonstrates the following criteria:<br /></p><ul><li>Qualifications and experience in teaching Music Years 7-12<br /></li><li>Experience in the following - Concert band knowledge, Band ensemble, Liturgy music and Musical production would be considered an advantage. </li><li>Displays an ability to lead learning and foster innovation and creativity in a collaborative environment.</li><li>Has a deep understanding and commitment to the mission and purpose of the Catholic School within the broader Catholic Church.</li><li>Demonstrated excellence as a classroom practitioner.</li><li>Highly relational interpersonal skills with staff, students and parents.</li><li>Builds a learning culture of shared responsibility for quality teaching and student learning growth.</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of requirements of all courses. <br /></li><li>Well-developed oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>Strong organisational skills.</li><li>Flexibility and interest in working in an innovative and dynamic environment.</li><li>Willingness to contribute to a range of extra-curricular activities.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>NESA Accreditation to teach Music<br /></li><li>A current Working With Children Check approval Number</li></ul><p>Please forward your covering letter and CV to Nita Faga by close of business 4:00 pm on Wednesday 25th September 2019.</p><p><br /></p>
