Applicants for the role of Principal will possess an informed, articulated and contemporary understanding of Catholic education.</div><div><br /></div><div> </div><div>Situated in the Northern Rivers region of NSW, St Mary’s Catholic College is a co-educational Catholic Secondary College that offers a state-of-the-art Agricultural and Trade Training Centres. The College encourages all students to become lifelong learners and boasts a compressed curriculum for years 11 and 12. </div><div>The College has been successful in obtaining funding to demolish 1955 buildings and plant and to replace them with state of the art contemporary learning spaces incorporating Science and STEM with learning commons and capability for multi-modal learning.</div><div><br /></div><div> </div><div>Located 726 km north of Sydney and 228 km south of Brisbane, Casino is a family friendly country town on the Richmond Rive and is 45 minutes from the beach town of Evans Head.. It has a large number of interesting historic buildings. It is also a major service centre for the rich pasture lands which surround it.
