At Luther we believe in providing our students with learning that really matters to them and to their future. </p><p>Luther College seeks the services of a Facilities Manager to lead an established grounds and maintenance team. This is an ongoing, full time position at the College. <br /></p><p> The Facilities Manager is responsible for the leadership of four grounds and maintenance employees and is tasked with maintaining the grounds, facilities, vehicles and equipment at the College in line with the College’s strategic and operational needs, including assuming responsibility for College security, co-ordinating on-site trades and contractors, assisting with Occupational Health &amp; Safety compliance, managing minor capital projects and managing aspects of College procurement. The position requires the successful candidate to be physically able and experienced operating a variety of plant and machinery, as well as leading a diverse team.  </p><p> Demonstrable experience in facilities management, team leadership, grounds keeping and/ or horticulture is essential.
