Co-educational ELC - Year 12 College of 800 students. This position provides an opportunity for a talented person to develop and lead an effective and innovative approach to Teaching and Learning consistent with the College's Strategic Plan, Vision, Mission and Values. Contact Teaching Load 0.2FTE
<p>The Director of Teaching and Learning (ELC to Year 12) is responsible for the design, implementation, management and monitoring of the curriculum and pedagogical approach across the College.</p><p>As in integral member of the College Executive Team, the Director of Teaching and Learning will provide leadership, direction, support and advice for all curriculum and pedagogical matters. They will have a deep knowledge of current education practices including MYP and SACE. Their own high standards will provide an excellent example for the staff and community they serve. Their vision will sustain and enhance a culture that strives to bring out the best in staff and students and their excellent communication and knowledge on matters of curriculum will help to build strong relationship within the College community and with external stakeholders.</p><p><br /></p>
