This is a 12-month contract, commencing 01 January 2020. </p><p> </p><p><b>About you: </b></p><p> </p><ul><li>You have demonstrated excellence in teaching within the Lower Primary years with a high degree of teaching competence </li><li>You possess excellent interpersonal skills and are able to communicate sensitively and confidentially with parents, students and other staff </li><li>You are able to build and maintain quality relationships in all aspects of your work </li><li>You are able to select and use appropriately, a wide range of teaching strategies to suit the needs of a diverse range of students. </li><li>You are a highly organised and take pride in the planning and preparation of your classes </li><li>You have a demonstrated understanding of current issues in education and can implement strategies to ensure optimal learning outcomes </li><li>You embrace opportunities to reflect upon your professional practice and further develop your own skills and knowledge across a variety of different areas </li><li>Working with multiple stakeholders and collaborating across teams is motivating.
