<p>24 Month Contract</p><p><b>PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION</b><br /></p><p>The Project Manager, in association with CEDWW’s strategic business partner Complispace, will lead the planning and continued delivery of its web-based Governance, Risk, Compliance and Policy Management System software across CEDWW’s 31 schools - referred to as Project Hub. </p><p>The Project Manager ultimately supports CEDWW’s commitment to compliance, and through the delivery of the project, will help schools and CEDWW to ensure they have the required policies, procedures and work practices in place to continuously meet legal and regulatory obligations. </p><p><b>POSITION SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS </b></p><p>(a) Essential Requirements </p><p><b>Experience in: </b></p><p> - Project management including scheduling, resource management, risk, issues, change and dependency management. </p><p>- Developing detailed project plans and monitoring progress. </p><p>- Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. </p><p>- Regulatory and Compliance processes and/or an Education environment. </p><p>- Delegation and supervision of project tasks to other staff members. </p><p> </p><ul><li>Strong stakeholder management skills including the ability to take detailed briefs and clarify specific project requirements.</li><li>Effective communication, negotiation and facilitation skills.</li><li>Proven experience in vendor management.</li><li>Strong IT and administration skills.</li><li>Current Driver’s Licence. </li></ul><p>Please follow the Guide to Applying for a Position (attached) when applying.  </p><p>Any enquiries relating to the position please direct to Mr Andrew McIntosh on 0408 607371or via email at <a href="mailto:mcintosha&#64;ww.catholic.edu.au" rel="nofollow">mcintosha&#64;ww.catholic.edu.au</a>  </p><p><b>Applications close Monday 2 December 2019 at 9.00am</b></p>
