Endeavour College is seeking to appoint a part-time Youth Worker for the 2020 school year working up to 22.5 hours per week over 3 or 4 days per week. As an integral member of the Ministry Team within the College, the Youth Worker complements existing wellbeing services provided within the school community.

<p>Acting as both a Pastoral Support Worker, and as a Ministry Assistant to the Pastor/Lay Chaplain, the Youth Worker is responsible for working with and relating to students in order to support and grow their spiritual, social, and emotional wellbeing.</p><p>We envision a well rounded individual who is a model of Christian faith, passionate about working with students on their journey through secondary education, and eager and willing to participate in, and support a wide range of activities across the College, fostering the development and nurturing of faith in students where appropriate.
