Endeavour College is seeking to appoint a highly skilled and experienced Administration Assistant to work fulltime hours over 45 weeks of the year.

<p>The primary responsibility of the Administration Assistant is to provide a high level of administrative support to the Management Team, Leadership, and other stakeholders on a wide range of administrative activities relating to the smooth and effective operation of the College, with a focus on curriculum related administration. Duties will include working collaboratively to ensure all teacher movements and resources are captured and managed, maintaining accurate records in the Student Management System (SMS) and other school systems, maintaining the school calendar, and the preparation of documents, forms, presentations and minutes.</p><p>In addition, as an integral member of the data management team, the successful candidate will have the experience and ability to instrumentally support the smooth transition to a new SMS system in 2020.<br /></p><p>We envision a highly skilled and experienced Administration Assistant, with substantial experience working with systems and databases, advanced computing skills, and excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills.
