The Director of Advancement and Marketing reports directly to the Principal and liaises with key School Community stakeholders, including School Council, Westminster Foundation Board and leaders of School Community groups. This position is a member of the School Leadership Team and will have oversight of the Development Office team and volunteers.

<p>Key responsibilities include: </p><ul><li> Responsibility for the leadership and direction of the Development programs and team.</li><li>Manage the Foundation and serve on the Foundation board.</li><li>Represent the School and its philanthropic programs in appropriate forums and assist with the oversight of all aspects of the School’s philanthropic and fundraising programs. </li><li>Identify, research and ask major donors for gifts and administer responsible stewardship. </li><li>Develop innovative strategies to inspire a culture of philanthropy throughout the School community. </li><li>Oversee the School’s internal and external communications program, liaison with the external PR company and corporate branding and imagery. </li><li>Utilise geocoding and spatial analysis information to continuously review existing and prospective catchment areas. </li><li>Develop and lead the School marketing roadmap.</li><li>Lead and manage the enrolment process. </li><li>Oversight of engagement programs and School community group events. </li><li>Provide direction to the Archivist.</li></ul><p> We are seeking an authentic and inspirational person who lives and breathes the School’s Aspiration, Mission and Values.
