Luther College seeks the services of an Administration Assistant supporting the Educational Services of the College, joining the team in an ongoing, full time, term position commencing ASAP. </p><p>The Administration Assistant reports to the Director of Strategic and Educational Operations and the Director of Learning, and will be responsible for providing general administrative support for operational processes, as well as processing of events applications, monitoring risk associated with consent collection and retention, whole school activity calendar working collaboratively with the Daily Organiser, preparation of booklists, curriculum mapping projects, and the coordination of parent teacher interviews. </p><p>This is an ongoing, full time, term time position with a classification of School Officer Grade C – Administration and Finance Stream as per the Lutheran Education (Victorian Schools) Multi Enterprise Agreement 2018.
