At Luther we believe in providing our students with learning that really matters to them and to their future. </p><p>Luther College seeks the services of an Attendance Officer supporting the College’s pastoral care team in a fixed term, full time, term time position commencing ASAP.  <br /></p><p>The Attendance Officer reports to the Director of Wellbeing supporting the College’s learning environment by monitoring student attendance, producing absence reports for key personnel, and liaising with parents/carers to verify student absences. The Attendance Officer will also report to the Director of Strategic and Educational Operations in relation to policy, procedure and compliance pertaining to student attendance.  </p><p>The Attendance Officer will have a high attention to detail and have a passion for ensuring the accuracy of student attendance data. The Attendance Officer will contribute to the effective and efficient operations of the College by providing a high level of administrative support to the Director of Wellbeing, House Coordinators (as required) and provide project support to the Head of Middle School. </p><p>This is fixed term, full time, term time position with a classification of School Officer Grade C – Administration and Finance Stream as per the Lutheran Education (Victorian Schools) Multi Enterprise Agreement 2018. </p><p> </p><p><b>Applicants must already hold an Employee Working with Children Check clearance and be able to transfer this to Luther College. </b></p><p><b>Applications must be submitted as a single PDF file comprising of the following; </b></p><p>• Covering letter, introducing yourself; </p><p>• Curriculum Vitae, including your qualifications and experience; </p><p>• The names and contact details of three professional referees; </p><p>• Evidence of a current Working with Children Check (WWCC); and </p><p>• Evidence of your right to work in Australia (copy of your passport or birth certificate). </p><p> </p><p><b>APPLICATIONS CLOSE: Friday 24 January at 4.00pm via email to Cara Haverkamp, Director of People and Culture on recruitment&#64;luther.vic.edu.au. </b></p><p> The College reserves the right to make an appointment at any stage of the recruitment process, including prior to the closing date for applications.
