The position will be responsible for the effective leadership, implementation and operations of the human resource function across the Tyndale Christian School Group. </p><p> This position will work closely with the senior leadership team providing advice, support and strategic guidance in all human resource related matters and will also be hands on in providing HR business partner support across the broader school. Your HR experience and knowledge will be broad and should also include an understanding of Enterprise Bargaining negotiations, Industrial Relations and Work, Health &amp; Safety. </p><p> Key accountabilities for this position will include the development of people strategies, practices and programs; management of best practice people policy frameworks; provision of strategic and operational support and advice; EA and IR advice and interpretation; creating a positive employee experience and school culture and supporting WHS activities to ensure the school is a safe working environment. </p><p> With a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, or other relevant business discipline, you will have a proven track record working across all human resource disciplines providing advice at a senior level. A naturally proactive person, you will have the ability to build strong relationships and have excellent communication skills that support the collaborative culture within the school. </p><p> We are looking for the right person to join the team and consideration will be given to suitable applicants who are looking for some flexibility in working hours and this should be included in your application. </p><p>Applicants for the above position will need to have a sincere commitment to Jesus Christ, the philosophy of Christian Education, regular church attendance and the relevant qualifications.
