<p>This is a unique opportunity to be part of an amazing educational change. Marist College North Shore will be transitioning to coeducation in 2021 and also expanding to become a Kindergarten to Year 12 College. </p><p>Our school is seeking a forward thinking, engaging and collaborative Legal Studies teacher. This is a full time role, commencing 28 January 2020. All applicants must be qualified and experienced in teaching HSIE. The ability to teach economics or business studies would be an advantage.<br /></p><p> Applicants should address the following essential criteria in a cover letter addressed to the Principal; </p><ul><li>commitment to Catholic education, a clear understanding of the vision and mission of Catholic Schools and a willingness to support faith formation of students</li><li>ability to facilitate dynamic and collaborative learning experiences</li><li>the ability to encourage students to be enthusiastic about teaching</li><li>exemplary classroom practice, utilising a range of effective pedagogies</li><li>highly developed interpersonal skills demonstrating an ability to effectively communicate with parents, students and staff</li><li>capable of empowering students to be independent and creative learners</li><li>ability to work effectively in a team environment</li></ul><p>Please forward a letter of application and resume to the Principal at northshore&#64; </p><p> Applications should include the names of three referees who may be contacted as part of the short listing process.
