Endeavour College is seeking to appoint a part-time Learning Support Assistant for an ongoing part-time position, of 15 hours per week for 41 weeks per year. Actual hours of work may vary from time to time in order to accommodate timetables and student needs.

<p>The primary responsibility of the Learning Support Assistant is to, under the direction of the Adaptive Education Learning Leader, work closely and cooperatively with teaching staff to provide support for student learning in classroom, small groups, and one-to-one settings. Work will be predominantly with middle and senior years students that require additional learning support in the Maths and Science learning areas, with some support for Research Project (Stage 1). </p><p>We envision an organised, friendly, and self-motivated individual with experience working in a similar role, working with students (Years 7-12) within a secondary school environment would be highly regarded, as would a focus on the Maths and Science learning areas.
