<p>The successful applicant will be employed in the College to work as a Year 3 Teacher taking responsibility for the provision of the learning program, whilst working collaboratively with other staff. They will be able to work cooperatively with other staff members and the community, and actively contribute to the mission and vision of the College. </p><p> </p><p>The successful applicant will: </p><p> </p><ul><li>Be a committed and practising Christian with a Lutheran theological understanding </li><li>Be committed to working as part of a team focused on maintaining a stimulating dynamic learning environment, designed to meet the needs of every student </li><li>Be committed to building positive relationships with students and parents </li><li>Support the philosophy of the Primary Years Programme of the International Baccalaureate (PYP) and demonstrate a commitment to an inquiry-based approach to teaching and learning </li><li>Possess the necessary ICT skills to support curriculum delivery </li></ul><p>Some experience in the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme will be an advantage.</p>
