This is a 12-month contract position, commencing in Term 3 2020 (Monday 13 July).<br /></p><p><br /></p><p><b>About you:</b></p><ul><li>You have formal qualifications and/or relevant professional experience within the area of Learning Support, particularly with students within the Primary Years.</li><li>You have a working knowledge of appropriate Learning Support strategies, policies and current practice.</li><li>You have demonstrated experience in collaboratively developing programs to improve learning outcomes for a diverse range of students.</li><li>You possess excellent interpersonal skills and are able to communicate sensitively and confidentially with parents, students and other staff.</li><li>You are able to build and maintain quality relationships in all aspects of your work.</li><li>You are a competent and innovative teacher with demonstrated flexibility in using a range of teaching methodologies.</li><li>You embrace opportunities to reflect upon your professional practice and further develop your own skills and knowledge across a variety of different areas.</li><li>Working with multiple stakeholders and collaborating across teams is motivating.
