The Administration Assistant provides administrative and event support to the Learning Director, Middle and Senior Wellbeing Leaders and the Pathways Coordinator. It is a highly service orientated role with exceptional communication and team work skills being essential to success.

<ul><li>     Contract August 2020 to December 2021 with a view to a permanent offer.</li><li>    5 days per week from 8.15am to 4.30pm.</li><li>    43 weeks per year</li><li>    Lutheran Schools Officer Grade 3</li></ul><p>This role will provide administrative and event support to leaders in Learning, Wellbeing, and Pathways and be responsible for student assessment reports. Aspects of the role are new and it is offered initially as a contract to allow flexibility as we assess and align the new structures. </p><p>The successful applicant will work with a broad range of staff and needs the ability to meet support requirements including both planned and responsive work.
