<b>Mandatory criteria</b><div>The successful applicant must: </div><div>1. Be an active communicant member of a congregation of the Lutheran Church of Australia; </div><div>2. Be accredited to lead a Lutheran School as outlined by Lutheran Education Australia policy; </div><div>3. Have proven senior experience in teaching, educational leadership and administration; </div><div>4. Hold or be eligible for teacher registration in New South Wales.  </div><div></div><div> </div><div><br /></div><div><b>Key Selection Criteria</b>(must be specifically addressed in the written application).  </div><div>1. Demonstrated commitment and ability to lead and nurture a Christian school in the Lutheran tradition as evidenced by personal faith, regular worship, and concern for students, staff, parents, volunteers and friends of the School. </div><div>2. Effective leadership experience, with evidence of superior and effective interpersonal and communication skills which would engage the school and wider communities. </div><div>3. Ability to think strategically and plan and lead a complex School effectively with a proven capacity to work collegially with governance and senior leadership. </div><div>4. Commitment to quality education, with clear evidence of facilitating effective teaching and learning. </div><div>5.
