<div>Your application should be submitted by email to John Proeve, Executive Director, Lutheran Education SA NT &amp; WA – <a href="mailto:john.proeve&#64;lesnw.edu.au" rel="nofollow">john.proeve&#64;lesnw.edu.au</a> by no later than <b>5pm on 14 August 2020</b> and must include:  </div><div>1. A cover letter, including details of your preferred contact method, phone or email.  </div><div>2. A brief statement (no more than 1 A4 page) in which the applicant introduces themselves, their educational vision and philosophy, their reasons for applying.</div><div>3. A statement (maximum 4 pages) giving evidence of how the Capabilities from Growing deep: Growing Oneself; Engaging the Community; Leading the Team; and Focusing of Outcomes have shaped your ‘work’ – the vocational practices from Growing deep: Strengthening Lutheran Identity; Excellence in teaching and learning; Ongoing improvement and innovation; Community building; and Leading Effective organization and management.  </div><div>4. Curriculum Vitae covering:  </div><div>   a. Full name, home address, confidential email address, and phone contact details  </div><div>    b. Nationality and citizenship  </div><div>    c. Positions held, dates, scope of responsibilities and key achievements  </div><div>    e. Details of education and qualifications  </div><div>    f.  Details of Lutheran church congregation membership </div><div>    g.  Any other relevant information such as involvement in professional and community activities and organisations.  </div><div>4. The names, addresses (postal and email) and contact phone numbers of at least four (4) confidential referees. These must include:  </div><div>    a. Applicant’s present or previous employer (either Principal or Chair of School Council)  </div><div>    b. A person who is familiar with the applicant’s academic and professional background and recent experience  </div><div>    c.
