</li><li>Full registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
</li><li>Master or Postgraduate qualifications in Education, Leadership, Religious Education or Theology
</li><li>Relevant leadership experience in schools.

</i></b></p><ul><li>to articulate a compelling vision, aligned with system priorities and communicate expectations for effective performance of a school.
</li></ul><p><b><i>Leading learning and teaching
</i></b></p><ul><li>as an instructional leader, including an ability to embed a culture of high expectation of student learning and build expert teacher practice which is evidence based and high impact.
</li></ul><p><b><i>Leading improvement, innovation and change
</i></b></p><ul><li>for strategic leadership focusing on leadership for innovation and change, and an ability to design and implement high leverage improvement plans.
</li></ul><p><b><i>Leading the management of the school
</i></b></p><ul><li>to ensure that the school’s human, physical and financial resources are efficiently allocated and managed, including ongoing compliance with the Child Safe Standards and the Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority.
</p><ul><li>to develop positive relationships with students; parents and families; the local parish and wider community; and participate and contribute to DOSCEL activities.
</i></b></p><ul><li>to develop high aspirations and expectations through fostering community relationships and leading an innovative school program which maximises the opportunity for all students.
