To facilitate a two year overseas exchange for our current teacher of Languages (German), an exciting opportunity exists for a Foundation to Year 6 Languages teacher commencing in Term 4 2020. Experienced and early years teachers are encouraged to apply.

In a rapidly changing educational landscape, do you simply long for a return to that proven and predictable 1950's style learning environment? - One teacher for each class - Everyone facing the front - Students grouped according to chronological age - The school day chunked into 40 minute slots - Teacher and textbooks as the knowledge authority - Command and control to maintain good order - Limited access to ICTs If so ... please **Do NOT** apply for this position. Good Shepherd Lutheran School is a vibrant, future focused learning environment where everyone is a learner. Strong relationships, positive mindsets and a focus on 'team', is reshaping the learning environment for our students. Our values, LOVE OPTIMISM and CREATIVITY underpin all decision making and continue to shape our strong culture. Good Shepherd recently opened South Australia's first primary school Science and Discovery Centre and this year, a world class Early Learning Centre.   Remaining school facilities are recently refurbished and well-resourced to support our progressive, inquiry based pedagogy.
