The successful candidate will teach Year 11 and 12 General Mathematics, Year 9 Science as well as a Year 11 Pastoral Care class. </p><p> </p><p><b>About you: </b></p><p> </p><ul><li>You have demonstrated excellence in teaching Mathematics and Science with a high degree of teaching competence </li><li>You have demonstrated experience teaching and supporting students across Junior and Senior School Year Levels </li><li>You possess excellent interpersonal and are able to communicate sensitively and confidentially with parents, students and other staff </li><li>You are able to build and maintain quality relationships in all aspects of your work </li><li>You are able to select and use appropriately, a wide range of teaching and assessment strategies to suit the needs of a diverse range of students. </li><li>You are a highly organised and take pride in the planning and preparation of your classes </li><li>You have a demonstrated understanding of current issues in education and can implement strategies to ensure optimal learning outcomes </li><li>You embrace opportunities to reflect upon your professional practice and further develop your own skills and knowledge across a variety of different areas </li><li>Working with multiple stakeholders and collaborating across teams is motivating.
