<p>Peace Lutheran College is looking for a dedicated, experienced and innovative Head of Middle School to join the team in 2021.</p><p>This is a unique opportunity for someone looking for a dynamic leadership and teaching role in a culturally diverse environment. </p><p>The <strong>Head of Middle School</strong>, in collaboration with the Executive team, plays a significant role in the leadership of the College in providing a high-quality educational experience for students in line with the mission, vision and values of the College. You will be responsible for oversight of the <strong>teaching</strong>, <strong>learning </strong>and <strong>pastoral care</strong> aspects of the Middle School, and will be able to demonstrate <strong>proven experience in educational and operational leadership</strong>.</p><p>You will be passionate about Middle School, engaged with the specific developmental and pastoral care needs of this unique age group and dedicated to providing outstanding leadership to staff, students and the wider community to ensure that the daily routine and operations of the Middle School are effective and structured.</p><p>This position is ideal for a <strong>proactive </strong>and <strong>solutions-focused</strong> individual with<strong> strong communication and interpersonal skills</strong>, who is able to effectively manage competing priorities.
