<p>SPECIFIC CRITERIA </p><p> </p><p>• The English KLA Coordinator is delegated responsibility by the Principal for the coordination and supervision of a range of courses within the English area to ensure quality pedagogy and the development of the KLA staff as a professional learning team who enhance student learning and outcomes. The KLA Leader will manage efficiently and effectively the operations within the English Department and support promoting the College’s overall mission and vision. </p><p>• Knowledge and experience to teach Extension English 1 &amp; 2 </p><p>• Knowledge and experience to teach English Stage 4-6. </p><p>• Committed, enthusiastic and innovative classroom teacher </p><p>• Able to integrate I.T. into the Curriculum </p><p>• Ability to work in a team environment </p><p> </p><p>Applicants who are not currently working in a Broken Bay systemic school must have a 4 year training qualification or be enrolled to undertake further study that will provide them with a four year trained qualification to be eligible to apply for any teaching position in the Diocese. </p><p> </p><p>All applicants for teaching positions must complete a <a href="https://www.csodbb.catholic.edu.au/careers/how-to-apply" rel="nofollow">Teacher Application Form</a> and include a letter addressing the essential/specific criteria for the position.
